Code Rules & Troubleshooting

Each code can be used once per character, and expiry depends on the promotion. Livestream codes can close within days, while MOMOWISHESNIKKILISTENS is scheduled to remain available until July 24, 2027. If a code has no listed expiry, don't assume it is permanent. Infold Games can retire a promotion without advance notice.

If a code won't redeem, start by checking every uppercase and lowercase letter because Infinity Nikki codes are case-sensitive. Confirm that you have obtained Pear-Pal from the Sea of Stars, that the code has not already been used on the selected character, and that the server and character are correct on the web redemption page. If those checks pass, the code may have expired or have conditions that the selected character does not meet.

Are Infinity Nikki outfit, dye, and housing share codes the same as redemption codes?
No. Share codes load design or customization data and do not grant redemption rewards. Use them in the feature that created the shared design rather than in the Redeem Code field.
Can two different Infinity Nikki accounts use the same public redemption code?
Yes. A public code can be claimed once per eligible character, so separate eligible accounts can each use it. A second redemption on the same character is blocked.
Can I redeem an Infinity Nikki code from a different device than the one I normally use?
