Code Rules & Troubleshooting

Each NTE code works once per account, so entering it twice just returns an error. Expiry varies a lot: livestream and preview program codes tied to a Special Program often disappear within days, while long-running promotional codes can stay active for months. If a code above shows an unknown expiry, don't assume it's permanent. Hotta Studio can retire it without warning.

If a code won't redeem, start by re-checking what you typed. Capitalization and spacing catch more redemptions than anything else, so copy and paste the code directly rather than typing it. Still stuck? Confirm you've finished the prologue so the redeem menu is unlocked, and check that the code hasn't already been used on your account.

Livestream and version preview codes tend to carry the largest rewards, since they land just ahead of a major update. Can I redeem the same NTE code on more than one account?
No. Each Neverness to Everness code is tied to a single account and can only be redeemed once per account. Entering a code you have already used returns an error instead of a second reward.
Do I need to unlock anything before I can redeem codes?
Yes. You need to finish the game's prologue before the phone menu that holds the Redeem Code option becomes available. Trying to redeem a code before that point will not work, since the menu is not accessible yet.
Are Neverness to Everness codes locked to a specific server or region?

Is there an official website where I can redeem NTE codes?
No. Neverness to Everness does not currently have a web based redemption portal, so every code has to be entered from inside the game itself. Be wary of any third party site that asks for your account details to redeem a code for you.
Where do my code rewards arrive after I redeem a code?
Rewards are sent to your in game mailbox rather than applied instantly. Open Mail from the phone menu and claim the attachments, since simply entering the code is not enough to receive the items.
